Tasmanian taste sensations to begin

Antipasto platter to include a selection of the best Tasmania has to offer
 

Main

Eye fillet of beef pocketed with a proscuitto and mushroom farce, drizzled with a rich merlot glace,  served with garlic scented potato mash and vegetable slice

Hot smoked trout, zucchini and sweet potato lasagna accompanied by an autumn salad

pesto enhanced lamb cutlets stacked around a slow roasted Spanish onion filled with a cherry tomato compote on steamed garden greens and a splash of roasted capsicum, olive sauce

Tasman peninsula quail filled with a beetroot cous cous roasted and complimented by a roasted vegetable collage and a port and blackberry jus

Desserts

orange and date steamed pudding complimented by creme anglaise and caramelised orange

vanilla poached plums accompanied by double cream and honey oat biscuits

chocolate peppermint cheesecake accompanied by chocolate sauce and cream
